  • Led the design of the 1st B2B SaaS orders management system for green hydrogen producers and their clients, allowing Lhyfe to become a pioneer in their field.

  • Designed a new “Order hydrogen” feature tested with target users, making the process of ordering hydrogen 80% shorter than it was without the feature.

Led end-to-end projects for clients from a variety of verticals including an AI travel itinerary tool, a crypto wallet, a mobile app game and a pet care app:

  • Conducted evaluative research and worked on product architecture helping a travel start-up move from services offered through social media to a company website, reducing user abandonment rates when using the services and enhancing the company's credibility and user trust.

  • Conducted research on gamification strategies for a pet care app for dog owners informing the gamification aspects of the activity tracking features.

  • Collaborated with a UI designer on the conceptualisation and design of multiplayer challenge feature in an app game introducing a new player community dimension to the current gaming experience.

  • Orchestrated the initiation of project meetings, engaged in client consultations, and presided over design review sessions, becoming the privileged point of communication with clients.
